- On the west by segments of Bronson Avenue between West Washington Boulevard and West 18th Street, and from Johnnie Cochran Vista to Venice Boulevard.
- On the north by Venice Boulevard between Bronson Avenue and 12th Avenue.
- 12th Avenue to the east between Venice Boulevard and Johnnie Cochran Vista, and South Norton Avenue between West 18th Street between West Washington Boulevard.
- West Washington Boulevard to the south.
- AUTHORIZE the Los Angeles Department of Transportation (LADOT), upon approval of the OPD through the adoption of said Resolution, to post “NO PARKING 2 AM TO 6 PM; VEHICLES WITH DISTRICT PERMITS EXEMPT”.

- Remove “NO PARKING 2 AM TO 6 AM, VEHICLES WITH DISTRICT PERMITS EXEMPT” parking restriction signs throughout this OPD, except for areas where parking is currently prohibited at all times in the interest of traffic flow or safety.
- Install or remove “NO PARKING, 2 AM TO 6 AM” parking restrictions where there is no residential or park frontage on either side of the street.
- DIRECT that the Los Angeles Police Department shall have the primary responsibility for enforcement of the authorized nightly parking restrictions once the restrictions have been posted by the LADOT.
- DIRECT that the LADOT shall issue a maximum of three Resident Permits to each dwelling unit for a fee of $15.00 each per year; a maximum of two Visitor Permits per dwelling unit, at any one time, valid for a maximum of four months, at a fee of $10.00 per permit; and, a maximum of 25 one-day Guest Permits for the same day for a fee of $1.00 per permit.
- DIRECT that the issuance of more than 25 one-day Guest Permits for the same day to a single dwelling unit shall require submittal to the LADOT of prior written approval of the Council District office.
- DIRECT the LADOT to:
- Take the appropriate steps to prepare, issue, and require payments for permits from the residents of this OPD, in accordance with LAMC Section 80.54 and said Resolution.
- Collect payments derived from the sale of parking permits for residents of this OPD, and remit these funds to the Treasury of the City of Los Angeles for deposit into the Permit Parking Revenue Fund, in accordance with Division 5, Chapter 6, Article 3, Section 5.119.5 of the LAMC.
