- APPROPRIATE and TRANSFER $845,500 from Fund No. 60E/13, Reserve for Future Costs account (13Y999) to Fund No. 100/13, Contractual Services account (003040) to provide front-funding for contracts related to the DCR’s Prop 64 Grant agreement, to be repaid when reimbursed by grant funds.
- REQUEST the Controller to accept and deposit Prop 64 Grant funds in the DCR Cannabis Regulation Special Revenue Trust Fund No. 60E/13.
- AUTHORIZE the Executive Director, DCR, or designee, to expend said funds from the account listed above for the purposes set forth in the DCR report dated January 4, 2024, attached to the Council file, and consistent with the grant requirements.
