- INSTRUCT and AUTHORIZE the City Clerk to prepare the necessary document(s) or agreement(s) with the MRCA, or any other agency or organization, as appropriate, in the above amount, for the above purpose, subject to the approval of the City Attorney as to form, if needed; and, authorize the Councilmember of the Third District to execute any such documents on behalf of the City, as may be needed.
